I had inquired via the Booking.com platform about airport and didn't get a reply. I was engaged on the Booking.com platform but my question was never answered. This was not a pleasant experience, We was left confused at airport for a hot minute saved for one other airport driver who told me where to wait for Embassy airport shuttle.

Being on the bay was great. The inner atrium is relaxing and beautifully landscaped. Rooms are large and very comfortable. Having a free happy hour every night and a great breakfast each morning is a plus. Indoor pool is fun. The staff are amazingly nice and very knowledgeable. Definitely a great place to stay between flights or for a visit to the Bay Area.
