This room was amazing! It was clean, super spacious and had everything we needed. The location was amazing-right across from pancake place and several places to eat. It was right on the beach/ board walk so that made it perfect! Staff was nice and pleasant and even got complimentary waters and a little bag of information when we arrived.

The staff was so friendly especially Nadi and another front desk attendant whose name fails my memory now but her name began with a K…they were very accommodating to our requests upon arrival.

The hotel was very accommodating to our needs. We needed an early check in for whale watching since we traveled with our Pomeranian who could not go on the boat. Our whale watching was cancelled so then we needed a later check out time as well. I appreciated all the aide given. All the staff we encountered were fantastic. The breakfast was great.
