Lifts don’t hang about as my partner learnt at breakfast time and ended up going on his own little trip to every floor while we waited on the ground floor which made one of our funniest memories of the roadtrip. Was a shame we didn’t spend more time here as the hotel was lovely

Our room was ok, not great. Room did not have a closet for clothes. Never had a room like this anywhere else we have travelled. We stayed at this property years ago when it was the Hilton and enjoyed our stay more. Breakfast was not great, food at buffet was cold and not much choice. However, the staff, particularly Belinda, in breakfast room was very welcoming, charming, helpful and anticipated our needs before we asked. She is a wonderful asset to the hotel. Deniz at reception was also very welcoming and helpful during our stay.
