Hotel is in an excellent location. Rooms are spacious, with good linens, very comfortable beds and pillows. The walk-in closet was a plus, and the bathroom (bath and rain shower) is very big for Rome standards. Fine and branded Toiletries from Diptyque, and very well stocked every day. Staff are very welcoming and professional. Service is excellent. Roof terrace (with retractable canopy) for drinks and breakfast is comfortable, and airconditioned. Very good breakfast. Recommendable!!!! Keep it up.

It was clean, central to the airport which was important to us and ideal with the shuttle taking us to the hotel. In typical Hilton standards, the bed was very comfortable and the towels were great.

It's great to be able to stay right at the airport. We were able to bring an airport cart right to our room, load up our luggage, and roll over to checkin. There are other hotels right in the airport but we chose this one because it's a Hilton and we figured that would mean it was better quality.

The hotel is new and meets the standards of Hilton hotels. Modern and good facilities. Big room with everything you need. You don’t have choices like this and value for money in the city center.

The customer service was exceptional. My room was perfect and the bed...WOW. I had the best sleep I have had in ages! I can honestly say, without hesitation that I could not find one single fault. I have stayed at the Ritz hotels in Paris and London, Palm Atlantis and Hilton Hotels in Dubai and in my opinion, Hotel Valeri sits alongside them for making you feel incredibly welcome and special. Thank you to Francesco, Rado, Apu and the other gentleman (sorry I forgot to get your name!)

I went to the wrong Hilton, accidentally left my passport at the front desk, and did not realize it until I went to check in at the Hilton Garden Inn. Their front desk arranged for the passport to be transported to me. Super customer service. Free parking was a bonus. Stephan at the bar/restaurant was great, despite not haing brandy (see comment below). Free and frequent shuttle bus service.

The staff at this hotel are excellent. We have stayed previously at the Hilton “in the terminal of Fiumicino Airport” and prefer the Hilton Garden Inn. The shuttle bus runs regularly and it is quicker and less strenuous to get to the airport on the bus than do the long walk from the terminal to the so called terminal Hilton! Nice breakfast with plenty of items cooked to order and cold items.

I was disappointed with my stay at Hilton Garden Inn Rome due to the poor condition of the property. Despite the room itself being nice, the overall state of the hotel was disappointing.
