Staying here was a dream and fulfilled our curiosity of what it's like to stay in a Japanese style town house. Yoko was a gracious host who knows how to make guests feel welcome. The beds were comfortable, the room and bathroom great, and the garden a gem. I was very happy staying here and would come again. I wish places like this existed in every city.

Hilton as it is, fully meet expectations. Very nice and cozy.

The staff. Daniele, madhu and many others have made this stay one of the best in Japan. Their attentiveness and professionalism has made us extend our stay in Kyoto and do day trips to other areas rather than move hotels. How wonderful it is to see such a multicultural team who are so attentive to each guest we came in contact with shows us the Hilton qualities we have seen in many locations around the world.. we will return

I reserved _washitsu_ out of curiosity and enjoyed the experience. The host welcomed me, helped me with my luggage and kindly explained the "slipper" rules :-). Nice figurine-themed shared spaces.

I was curious about sleeping in a minimalistic room. I really liked my stay: the bed is comfy and the room is quiet. Bathroom and showers are kept very clean. The hotel is well located but close to the street.

Fantastic establishment, better than a Hilton or Conrad and for a fraction of the price. EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED, meals spa, activities… If you don’t stay here, your missing out on the Japanese experience.
