So gorgeous and unique! Certainly can’t be the location but the staff was lovely too. The room was really cool and my kids were in awe. I read that others complained about debris in the pool and while that’s true, it’s because the pool is situated under a canopy of beautiful trees! It’s simply nature… the hotel is quite cleanly.

They would not take my card and did not try to work with me had to go to Hilton because they said my card ain’t have money and I did Hilton took my money with no problem

The hotel feels like 4* hotel with nice common areas and a bit outdated but comfortable rooms. The food was ok for an all inclusive. The location was perfect and the hotel have a nice beach. Friendly stuff all over the place. We got free Inet after downloading the hotel application and this was a really good alternative to the advertised option of 10USD per day. I discovered that I can get free Inet by accident when I downloaded the app because I was curious about the restrictions that are onsite.

Breakfast consisted mainly of several choices of authentic Mexican egg dishes, coffee, and orange juice. Service was sometimes good and sometimes poor. The staff were excellent, especially Marisol and Sebastien, who helped with every question I presented. Many and varied restaurants 4-15 minutes walk. Parque Arqueológico across the street provides shaded walks and a colony of curious coati!

The staff were pleasant. The breakfast was really good with lots of options. The view while eating is beautiful and the location was easy to drive to from the airport. The bathroom shower was great lots of water pressure and looks like recently updated. Well worth checking out the Key Lime Pie house across the street, we shared a small pie. It was the BEST Key Lime Pie we have ever tasted. We walked over to the Hilton and had dinner on the terrace while watching the sunset.

I was in need of a last-minute hotel room after a very big flight delay, and it was easier to book this hotel right at the airport than trying to deal with getting transport to/from downtown Cancun after an already stressful day. The hotel includes all the things you expect from a Hilton property. It's walking distance from the airport, and also offers a free shuttle. The rooms are large and the air conditioning works well. The hotel's restaurant/bar is open late, and it has a cool pool area.

everything was amazing, the staff, the food, the facilities. I love to be back in Hilton Playa del Carmen.

After a couple of weeks staying at the Ozen Retreat Centre in Playa Del Carmen the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel was a welcome overnight stay before a long trip back to UK. Really enjoyed my stay and felt safe as a solo traveller. Would stay there again.
