The staff is very friendly.

I especially recommend this hotel to parents with children. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The food was tasty and diverse. My son loved the kids club, entertainment events and the tour trips organized by Mr. Honorio.

The hotel's location is great, just in the middle of the jungle with a nice small beach and many pools to enjoy, the staff is super friendly, special shout out to the Lobby Bar staff they were just amazing! Breakfast and Lunch are buffet with many delicious and fresh options, Dinner requires a reservation to one of there many options; the Asian restaurant has great food, but the Mexican one def has the best views. Also liked that there are different activities every night which are a nice way to enjoy a drink and have fun.
