All people who work there really love their job and always ready to help. Thank you Mr. Recep Akalan and his team at the reception, Mr. Mehmet and Ms.Zelal. They upgraded our room and gave us welcome drink coupons. It was a nice surprise, indeed! The room was very comfortable, with the greatest view at the city, and clean. We appreciate the work of Ms. Nurcan and Ms.Tuğçe who maintained cleanliness and cosiness in our room. The bed and the pillows were comfy as well. We also loved the breakfast at the restaurant “The globe”, it was delicious! There was great variety of food and drinks. Thank you Mr. Volkan for his help and good service. The spa and the gym are well equipped and clean. The hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood near the old beer factory Bomonti, now there is an Art space where you can visit different exhibitions. You can also go to a beautiful park or just walk around to enjoy shopping and pretty surroundings.

The level and quality of all services, from porter and concierge to reception and room service, are outstanding. The helpfulness of the hotel's staff has no equal. Breakfast (and room service) with a large variety, everything freshly baked, cooked etc and tasty, perfect both for vegetarians and non-vegetarians. We had live harp music each morning. Again, the promptitude and willingness to serve at the highest level were impressive, also concerning breakfast, in particular, I'd mention here Veli and Mehmet. The hotel location is also very good, a shopping mall is at 5-10 minutes by car (the hotel offers a shuttle), metro station nearby, quite a few small restaurants around. We felt really at home in this hotel!
