The facilities were filthy. Bedding wasn't changed, no towels. We went to 2 rooms & they were both unfit for human accommodation. A shout out goes to Raj, though, because he managed to organise a reimbursement for most of my up-front payment. Terrible experience!

Highest rating for this place. A great place to go with family or friends. Absolutely everything corresponds to the description, the cottage is located right in the middle of the forest, there are all amenities even for a long stay. The balcony and the view from it are especially impressive.

The value for price is absolutely exceptional. The house was well equipped and pretty comfortable. Overall a really good choice for a stay in Tsaghkadzor
