You can't beat the location. It's in the center of town and steps away from LaCooperativa (market & more). It's quiet, charming and lots of room for families. I can't imagine staying in small hotels rooms in Cortina when you have a beautiful villa like this one.

Fantastic big house. Four bedrooms, a wonderful living room, a very well equipped kitchen. Excellent contact with the host. There was no problem with extending the stay to 16. Recommended especially for large groups - 9-10 people.

Oh my god the views! Any window you look out of, it's just breathtaking. The hosts were very super friendly, accommodating, and regularly asked if we needed anything. The apartment was cozy, quiet, spacy, and with a great atmosphere - a perfect place for a couple or a family with two kids (like ours). Two bathrooms are also a big plus. The apartment is close by to the city centre, restaurants and to hiking spots like Monte Rite and others. The bed squeaked a bit but nothing serious, and the mattresses and especially pillows were really comfy. We absolutely loved every piece of our stay!

We spent an incredible four days in this house — it was an amazing experience! The place had everything we needed, and even more. It was very clean and cozy, and we truly felt happy there. In the evenings, we sat by the fireplace enjoying Italian wine, and during the days (and even at sunrise) we explored the Dolomites. Luca’s is an outstanding host — he welcomed us warmly with a bottle of local sparkling wine, and we were absolutely delighted when one evening he treated us to an incredible Italian red wine. We’re very grateful for all the tips he shared and the useful information about the region. We’ll definitely come back to relive this wonderful experience!

The location was perfect for us. It was quiet and the views are spectacular. It was easy to access skiing, walking, restaurants and shops. The chalet was well equipped with everything we needed for our whole stay. The host was quick to respond.
