The apartment was well furnished. It had a nicely equipped kitchen and a private patio which we thoroughly enjoyed. The air conditioning was a plus because the weather was hot both days. Evertything worked beautifully. The host provided clear instructions for checking in and out and also gave guidance on local attractions that was extremely helpful.

The apartment was very light and extremely clean. The was a little garden with a view over the marshland. The kitchen was really well equipped, there was even a crab claw cracker for the local crab we bought for dinner and an oyster knife. The apartment was also dog friendly - a pet bowl was supplied. The host was very friendly on arrival.

It's located next to the house where the owners live, very spacious and fully equipped with everything you need. Actually, we were suprised by the size and comfort provided. The contact with the owners was also very relaxed and friendly. We felt welcomed, since our kid was allowed to play with their kids and use some of the toys in the garden. Since we were only on a stopover I can't say anything about the location as a base for activities in the region, but it seemed nice and we would like to come back for a weekend or so.
