I'm generally not a person that stays in small huts like this, but I was positively surprised by this one. It isn't the most spaceous, but it was great for the two days we stayed there, and if you're a more wilderness/camping kind of person, I definitely recommend it. The surroundings were lovely woods with some nice walking paths, that especially at night provided some great opportunities for star watching, and the hut itself has a nice little kitchen with everything you need (except maybe an oven, but if you do it right, you can definitely do without that), and a nice and clean shower, the beds were also very comfortable. Every hut also has a fire place outside, and the owners provide firewood upon request, if there is no fire ban at the moment, which can happen if it becomes too dry. I can definitely recommend this if you are looking fora little bit more adventurous stay!

Ailsa- Enchanting Tiny House with wood burner and hot tub in Cairngorms ligger i Ballater. Her er gratis wi-fi og bjergudsigt. Derudover er der en have og en terrasse. House was extraordinarily cute with an amazing view. All the info was very easily laid out and the house was super clean. The wood stove was all set up for us upon arrival and worked very well. Hot tub was incredible after a long day of hiking in the Cairmgorns and was very easy to use singlehandedly. Kitchen was well stocked.

The Shelter Stone Cottage ligger ca. 46 km fra University of the Highlands and Islands, Inverness. Her er gårdhave, kaffemaskine og udsigt til en have. Perfect spot in a great location, and well put together with thoughtful touches. The host, Dorothy, met on us on arrival and was exceptionally kind and friendly, with several recommendations on where to eat and what to do. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the living room was very cozy. Highly recommend!

Aileen - Unique tiny house with wood fired roll top bath in heart of the Cairngorms ligger ca. 44 km fra CairnGorm National Park. Her er balkon, kedel og bjergudsigt. Cosy and as advertised. it was clean and well furnished with everything you could possibly need for a stay. Easy to locate, and a great base for exploring the surrounding area. Great for stargazing and just to disconnect and relax in a quiet place. Everything seems handcrafted which is very twee and nice in this day and age.

It was the perfect home base for exploring Royal Deeside.

Very cosy with the pellet fire which we loved, not luxurious but very clean comfortable and warm, great to be able to take our dog, walks straight out of the back gate and a neat and tidy garden

Loch Cottage ligger i Boat of Garten, 44 km fra University of the Highlands and Islands, Inverness og 47 km fra Inverness Station. Her er gratis wi-fi og et fladskærms-tv. The cottage was lovely, it was exactly what we were looking for! Very clean and very homey, our family loved it. We travel a lot and it was the best stocked place we’ve ever stayed. We were comfortable and the location was perfect for hiking. Would highly recommend and definitely love to come back!
