James and Rian are very hospitality and caring, you will definitely feel like home. One of Must do list in Toraja will be catting with them, you can truly know new generation thoughts about their culture, quite inspiring ! And if you have any questions, they basically can give you resolutions and recommendations, so helpful ! BTW their English is high level, had good communication! Miss them already and their little cute son ❤️ The room is not luxury but very organic and clean !

Amanda, the host, built herself and her guests a beautiful hotel and creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We instantly felt at home. Amandas hospitality is beyond extraordinary! She went more than the extra mile to make ourselves with our two children (1.5 and 3.5) comfortable. She organised toys, children beds, children towels, books - just everything we didn't even knew we could wish! The staff is also very nice and Amanda's chef is one of the best on the whole island for sure. If you go to Bunaken - this is where you want to stay!

The Queens Villa is the pearl of North Sulawesi ! I’ll start with the food. You don’t eat at Queens Villa, you dine. The food is prepared from start to presentation by master chefs. They take great care and pride in their work and will always visit your table to be sure everything is excellent. They even take notice of what you don’t eat so they know what you like. Meals are served around the three tiered pool that is crisp and clean and no chlorine ! A beautiful water falls with soft lighting brings a soothing atmosphere. The property is always occupied by many artist always making wonder wood works, fountains and flora that feels like the garden of Eden. Dinners and evening are a great mix of international artist and travelers sometimes great conversations sometimes musicians playing guitars and drums, flutes and on occasion Karaoke singing! They have a complete network of drivers, guide and business people all around Sulawesi. If you don’t want to carry cash around the village and boats and on tours you can just tell them your hotel and they will send the bill to Medi and Julieanna. They can arrange any kind of tours and excursion tailored to your likes, so you don’t need to pay for packaged tours that you don’t want and at a great price. They are the only ATM on the island at this time which is really convenient. And the most important part for me is the dive shop. Local guides with eagle eyes and fantastic skills!!! Again, very wonderful prices and equipment. Indonesia in my opinion is the greatest dive sites on our planet right now and Bunaken is right up there with Raja Ampat and their reefs and dive sites are just minutes away on a boat. And for turtle lovers, this is by far the turtle haven of our planet bar none!!! My favorite by far!!!!!

Such a neat experience staying in a traditional Torajan home and Aldi and his family are amazing!! Best suited if you have your own wheels, but I got by just fine with my guided tours and rides from the host and/or my guide. Very kind, engaging and smiling hosts who are always willing to help with anything and everything - bus tickets, guide arrangements, food suggestions, pick-ups, etc. PS You must take Aldi’s advice on local food - he knows the yummiest spots!!

Với Bãi biển Tanjung Bira Beach nằm cách đó chỉ vài bước chân, Tevana House Reef cung cấp chỗ nghỉ, nhà hàng, khu vườn, sân hiên và quầy bar. Everything! The place was so lovely by the beach, it is very clean and the staffs are really nice. I took a short diving lesson here and Marco was very supportive! I wish I have extended my stay longer!
