The apartment is in a good location in the upper part of town, close to bars, restaurants, and pizzerias. The space is small, so don’t expect anything grand, but it’s used efficiently. In the room, you’ll find a coffee machine, kettle, even a fridge and a small table where you can prepare a light breakfast. It’s equipped with air conditioning and a smart TV, Wi-Fi. There’s also a tiny balcony. The bathroom is small but sufficient — it even has a hairdryer. Everything is very clean. I appreciated the sweet treats and bottle of water left in the room. The host absolutely charmed us — she’s very helpful and easy to communicate with, always ready to offer tips and assistance. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay in Scilla — which tends to be pricey — this is a solid choice.

The room had ample breakfast items, including coffee and its own fridge with milk and water. There is also a well equipped communal kitchen where we made our coffee and visited with other guests. Although we did not use them, the kitchen also had a television and washing machine. The host was very friendly and helpful.

The owners are extremely nice and super helpful! It really is a wonderful experience, if you are going to Tropea, there is no other option than Casa Peonia! When I was there I had a birthday, and they even prepared a surprise pastry for me!

Beautiful location and interiors (the wood decor is great, and everywhere smells so good with diffusers around), delicious breakfast, lovely host who is incredibly responsive at all times (we connected on whatsapp at the start and any questions I had during my stay she immediately replied to). She even gave us some homemade marmalade when we left (which was also very tasty!) My partner and I loved it here and would happily stay again.
