Roberto super amable, nos recibió con mucha atención. Incluso nos sorprendió un extra delicioso!! Muchas gracias! Además siempre pendiente de cualquier duda que teníamos. Top! La casa es perfecta, muy espaciosa y cómoda. Tiene 4 dormitorios. Las camas son buenas y la cocina maravillosa y super bien equipada. Una cafetera con un muy buen café. Tiene una terraza muy bonita, con una mesa grande para un buen desayuno al aire libre. Es tranquilo, sin ruido. Los vecinos también son un encanto. Desde el jardín se ven los dolomitas y la iglesia en la cima de al lado. Vimos incluso un zorro! Todo muy bonito y super agradable. Muchas gracias! Seguro volveremos!!

It was quiet and the views are spectacular. It was easy to access skiing, walking, restaurants and shops. The chalet was well equipped with everything we needed for our whole stay. The host was quick to respond.

The house had a very lovely view from the large balcony. Also it was very roomy and the old-style furniture gave the place some extra character.

The accommodation was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming — she took great care of us and gave us excellent travel tips that really helped us make the most of our trip. Her local recommendations made a big difference, and we truly appreciated her warm hospitality. Highly recommended!

Estaban todos los detalles muy cuidados y perfectamente pensados para cualquier cosa que pudiéramos necesitar. Tanto de higiene como en la cocina. La verdad que cuando llegamos alucinamos, sin duda el mejor alojamiento en el que he estado en mucho tiempo. Íbamos con un bebé y la cuna fue perfecta. Todo limpio y todo genial. Y los anfitriones una pasada, atentos y amables! ☺️

Villa Zubiana goza de una buena ubicación en Cortina dʼAmpezzo, a 17 km de Sorapiss Lake y 47 km de Lago di Braies. You can't beat the location. It's in the center of town and steps away from LaCooperativa (market & more). It's quiet, charming and lots of room for families. I can't imagine staying in small hotels rooms in Cortina when you have a beautiful villa like this one.

We were a group of four (one couple and two singles) and thoroughly enjoyed the tranquility of the area and the stunning mountain views surrounding the property. The accommodation had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, cutlery, a fridge, oven, and more, making it easy to prepare and share meals with friends or family. The convenience of having the main bedroom with its own bathroom, along with a shared bathroom for the two single-bed rooms, was a great feature. Although there’s a bus stop at the end of the street, we had a car, which made it even easier to explore the area. For us, it was a perfect and very enjoyable stay.
