The villa is located in a quiet area, slightly away from from town centre. Super easy parking in front of the apartment. Excellent choice if you need a base for road trips around the area - Barolo, Asti, Alba, Barbaresco, Canelly etc. Special note for late season travellers: the apartment was very warm in November, great heating!

We (2 adults + 2 teen kids) have stayed at this lovely holiday home which is well cared for and equipped with everything you could have thought of. Holiday home consists of 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, one ensuite bathroom upstairs next to the main bedroom and another one downstairs. This is very ideal for us family of 4, with teen boy and girl. Majority of the holiday home only provide 1 bathroom and 2 bathroom home is very rare to find. We are lucky to have this place available. Home is very centrally located with private free secured parking. This is a very strong point of this holiday home. Owner has provided us some complimentary coffee as well. However, you can just walk to the seafront where many restaurants and café are located. They are all facing the stunning view of the lake which is a magical atmosphere. Also, communication was great too. Owner speaks English is great plus in Italy. He was also kind enough to book the recommended restaurant on our behalf to make sure the restaurant would look after us well. I highly recommend this place to anyone. It is really rare to find. Do not miss it. You will never regret it. Thank you so much for the unforgettable stay. It was a truly magical experience for us.

The area is beautiful, My girlfriend had her birthday and after I asked the staff to arrange a cake and flowers they did it with pleasure. They did everything to make us feel comfortable. They even gifted us a bottle of Prosecco so we can celebrate my Girlfriends Birthday in the night in the outside Hot Tub. It was an amazing experience. Plus points for the staff because they speak English.. It's not easy to find in Italy.
