We arrived on time. And while we were parking host arrived from the Cetine and showed us where the keys were. We wanted to make some food on the grill and took all the stuff with us, but the house was absolutely incredibly equipped with all what we needed. The weather was warm and sunny, and we met our friends outside on the comfy terrace. It should be nice in the summer also cause placed under the trees. Our children are actively running and interacting with the environment (there is a trampoline and a swing for them), and have created some mess in the house, so we were glad to find a vacuum cleaner, mop, and dishwasher to do some cleaning and not be ungrateful guests. Airconditioner as a heater was good. The Internet was not really good, but as a further of two I didn't find it a problem.

We had a wonderful stay! The cabin was beautiful and spacious. Everything was perfectly clean. The hosts were very kind and welcoming. There was a cute playground for the kids beneath the cabin. We had a wonderful time there.

The host was fantastic — quick to respond to messages and happy to arrange all our activities. Just a five-minute walk away, there’s a jetty and a small swimming spot (€10 for the day), as well as a lovely fish restaurant nearby. That said, it’s equally perfect to simply relax at the property and soak in the view.

If you enjoy a slow-living vibe, nature, and hidden gems—or if you’re looking for a secluded place for meditation, unplugging, or remote work—this house is a choice you won’t regret. And the view is one you won’t forget. It’s everything mass tourism is not. The house was my “office” for a week of remote work, with short breaks for boat rides on the lake. The road that circles the lake is paved and very picturesque. It’s narrow, so I recommend driving slowly and relaxed. It’s best to arrive with supplies for breakfast and dinner. The house is fully equipped and well appointed. Around the lake you’ll find a few small, charming restaurants and a shop for basics. By chance I also met the family who owns the house—lovely people who make you feel at home (they don’t live there; the house is rented in its entirety).

Beautiful views in this little village that was truly authentic. The host had curated the house in such a way that you felt as if you were staying somewhere special. amazing veranda. It is in part a working village so cows, a donkey and a goat and chickens wondering freely, including cockerels. A short walk down to the bridge to go water jumping and a small restaurant. Theres a second restaurant just down the river, which was our preferred spot for swimming and we ate their when we arrived, as we were late in the season and it was on the last weekend. There is also a campsite with a bar. its rural and unspoilt. we hired a boat to go up to the lake. while it is off the main raod itdoes not in fact take long to get to the new and old capitals that are close by, maybe 40 mins. there are also some vineyards not far away. for us just chilling and relaxing by the river and on the veranda with its big views was so cool.
