The personal was very helpful showing us places and proposing very interesting tours about the view from the hotel it was breathtaking we had nice pictures they provided us in the lounge with water tea also bowling machine and toast machine the place is very clean both the sleepbox and the shower also it s close to shops and tourist places it s worth trying.

Quick and easy self check-in/check out, good location close to the jetty where boats take people across the river into the park. Room is small but very clean, with everything you need for a 2/3 nights stay as a base to visit Taman Negara. Restaurants are just a 5 min walk from the rooms.

Breakfast variety was good and the quality of the food was maintained throughout our 3 days there. The room was also very clean and facilities were well maintained. Bonus that there was smart TV and Netflix as well. Staff were very very friendly and helpful and elevated our stay! Moreover, the hotel is a short walk from two food stretches and near to Centrum mall as well, so it's convenient to get food and snacks/groceries :)
