Kept clean and treated like their own home. 3 minutes from the bus station walking. Everything in sapa is within 20minites walk and its at the quieter less touristy end of town. They also rent a bike.

The bathrooms are great and Phoenix was available for any help we needed. The stay is a 5 minute drive to town and we didn't have any trouble finding grabs at any time of day. There is 2 swings in the lower garden. Overall, loved this property 🥹 There is a working fireplace, hot water, air conditioning.
