Exceeded my expectations. We travelled around Belgium for a week and this was the best hotel on our trip. Massive room with 2 bedrooms, and a kitchen perfect for a family, and only cost £80.

The chalet was stunning, so clean and very nicely decorated. The size was fantastic for the 3 of us and more than enough space. The beds were really comfortable and the park was very quiet so we could sleep in. The parking was great and is writhing easy walking distance from the station to get in to Brugge. Maria was an amazing host to deal with she communicated everything really quickly and effectively.

Park Merlo is set in Bredene, 18 km from Bruges. Ostend is 4.4 km away. The accommodation has a TV. Knokke-Heist is 25 km from Park Merlo, while Blankenberge is 13 km from the property.

Location was perfect for what we needed. Daughter was competing in 70.3 Ironman and shuttle pick up was right outside. Plus was very central to everywhere we needed to be as supporters. Campsite is very quiet which was perfect for us but may just have been the time of year so maybe busier in summer holidays. Chalet was very roomy. There were only 3 of us so was perfect. It may be a little cramped with seating if fully booked with 6 adults. Kitchen was well stocked with crockery, cutlery, toaster, kettle, coffee maker. There were a couple of games on the shelves plus a jigsaw. Clothes horse in the cupboard which was handy to dry the towels. We took our own bed linen & towels. Bathrooms were clean with plenty of hot water. Bruges was a short train journey from Heist station and the car parking was only 20c!

Good sized apartment which was well-equipped, clean, and in a good location. Check in and out was very easy, and parking was convenient and free. We travelled with a dog, who loved the terrace and greeting the neighbours. The host was available quickly to answer our questions. We would definitely stay again.

Featuring lake views, Center Parcs Park De Haan features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, a bar and barbecue facilities, around 700 metres from De Haan Beach.
