I like the unlimited coffee during our stay and the entertainment area. Staff also allowed us for an early check in and even allowed us to leave our luggage for some time after we checked out. Location was superb! close to everything esp the Grand Place!

Swimming pool, has a sink in the room

Comfy beds in a good location with well equipped room. Rooftop bar with a great view, and the swimming pool with area to chill very nice very nice. The building tho have some issues and puts you in really funny situations that nice and helpful staff take you out off. COMPLIMENTARY JUICE IN THE RECEPTION 2 FLAVOURS. Alarm function in your TV among many of the great features.

Swimming pool was great as it is large enough to do laps. Friendly staff, good food. Enough parking space. Nearby possibility to walk our dog. With a car it is easy to move around in Brussels. Lots of Chinese guests as the hotel is Chinese owned.

Location great, in the middle of the entertainment area. We can absolutely recommend the restaurant, price quality is top! Email was fast, helpfull and correct.

Clean, big room, kind staff, good breakfast. Good swimming pool area.

Great location, and has an outdoor swimming pool nice touch

An impressive building (in and out). A very pleasant room. Excellent toiletries. Gym equipment and gym activities available exceed your imagination. Indoor and outdoor swimming pool, five different saunas, cooling and relaxing areas; all really good. Altogether, you get much more for the price than in other hotels. In the same building, there is a large public car park and a spacious, modern food hall with street food from all around the world. Some walking park paths nearby.

Location, accessible 24/7, could rent umbrella from the lobby, available extra facilities for leisure & entertainment (didn’t have time to try them out, but it was nice they had them). Comfortable bed.
