Very clean room and bathroom facilities, owner was super helpful and very good hospitality. Was able to advise on nearby recommendations and help us out with any issues we had. Also checkin process for late night is super easy, very useful for those arriving late in the day.

Featuring relaxing hot pools and an outdoor swimming pool, Rotorua Thermal Holiday Park is 8 minutes’ drive from central Rotorua. We loved the hot pools and the cold pool. Kitchen and bathroom facilities were very clean and spacious. There is a little herb garden growing and they have a communal barbeque that you can use. Location wise, it's close to everything. 5 minute drive from the town, about 15/20 from the adventure activities like zip lining and water rafting. Definitely would stay again.

It's a very well setup holiday park - attractively laid out with very good facilities in a very beautiful location right by the Blue Lake and still only 10 minutes from the centre of Rotorua. The staff were particularly friendly and helpful, and knowledgeable about activities available in the area.

Situado em 3 hectares de um parque tranquilo, o All Seasons Holiday Park dispõe de uma piscina exterior, campo de ténis e únicos parques temáticos pré-históricos com grandes figuras de dinossauros e... Our unit that we stayed in was great. Plenty of room for us, great kitchen facilities and plenty of linen. I loved the 'cautionary' messages that reminded us to do things to enhance our stay (like closing the windows at night so the bugs don't get in).

Cosy Cottage Thermal Holiday Park is located in the heart of Rotorua in the Bay of Plenty Region. Um lugar limpo, bem localizado e com uma praia a 2 min andando. Amei 🥰
