Spacious room, and loved being able to open the window for fresh air and view. We needed to stay an extra night unexpectedly, and Lacey at reception was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also great !

i stayed during a karate event and it was better than expected. very very close to train and awesome facilities. it has a very close bar and a few restaurants. we had italian but than went for some beers. the group was big but everyone enjoyed it. breakfast had a good variety of options (event gluten free).

This hotel is a good alternative for the expensive and not so nice hotels in the Central London. 7 minutes walk from metro station. Room looked new, not old and gray like many hotel rooms in London. Breakfast was rather good - even kids weren't disappointed. It was god that there was a possibility to make a tea by yourself in a lobby 24/7. We had an evening walk to the banks of Thames - it was really close, and lovely area with cafes.
