We really really appreciated the friendly atmosphere and the staff !! Restaurant and room were clean 💫 The shuttle bus for the Harry Potter Studios is 5 minutes away.

Great location - very close to the station and the shuttle bus to Harry Potter Studio Tour. The breakfast was also superb - typical British breakfast, but a big plus for me was the gluten free cereal, muesli and bread.

With a scenic waterfront setting, Holiday Inn London Brentford Lock is a 5-minute walk from Syon Park. Kew Gardens is 2.7 km away from the property.

The spacious balcony was absolutely awesome with comfortable seating and a fine view to the canal lock and surrroundings. Lovely! Stayed at the executive room, lots of space and table room, the armchair with the foot stool was a good touch for resting tired feet as well. Complimentary water, snacks, chocolate and Pepsi in the minibar.. Brollies for rent in the lobby was useful service. Wonderful 6 nights' stay. Will definitely return.

Breakfast buffet was very complete. You could take some food to the room, which was amazing, specially if you have to check out very early, and you can't have next day breakfast. The food was replenished all the time. Wide selection for english breakfast (beans, sausages, ham, eggs), croissants, fruits, a bread toaster which was a really great touch. The staff was very professional.

This hotel is a good alternative for the expensive and not so nice hotels in the Central London. 7 minutes walk from metro station. Room looked new, not old and gray like many hotel rooms in London. Breakfast was rather good - even kids weren't disappointed. It was god that there was a possibility to make a tea by yourself in a lobby 24/7. We had an evening walk to the banks of Thames - it was really close, and lovely area with cafes.

In the heart of London, this modern 4-star hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Regent’s Park and 2 Tube Stations. It has a bar, a restaurant and 24-hour reception and room service.
