Great location, close to main attractions of the city, great view from the room, very comfortable bed and pillow (!), excellent breakfast and dinner with huge selection of food, very nice decoration and internal atmosphere of the building, the staff was very kind and helpful all the time. We will surely stay here next time.

The rooms were spotlessly clean. Pillows soft and fluffy and the staff from security/door, reception, breakfast staff and duty manager were so kind, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast had variety from indonesian to western cereals, coissants, toast. Good healthy options to from fruit, salad and leafy green veg.

The staff, facilities and location. Those manning the reception counter were superbly helpful. The housekeepers were prompt and the waitresses were polite. The room is comfortable as expected. The location met my purpose... outside the hustle and bustle and congestion Jakarta is known for.

    It was my 2nd time staying at Holiday Inn Express JIEXPO. Overall, like my 1st stayed, it was wonderful and worth the price. 1) The cleanliness at the hotel & room is good. 2) The staffs are profesional, polite, informative & friendly. 3) The room is quite big, the bed is comfy, the bathroom is clean. 4) The restaurant F&B has variation for breakfast menu, the taste of the foods are quite delicious. At the end, it still was a pleasant stay for me that weekend. I would love to comeback again and stay at your hotel someday. 🥰

    We were very happy with the Holiday Inn. The staff were lovely, the beds very comfortable, the shower hot, and the breakfast outstanding. We were happy to be able to walk to Chinatown, the market, and old town, and appreciative that the hotel allowed us to store our luggage on checkout until our later flight. Staff went above and beyond to help us with a problem in our next booking- we would definitely stay here again!

    I love its near the bus station. I love that the staff is helpful and friendly. The housekeeping team really did a good job. I also love that all holiday inn express comes with laundry and iron room. Love the gym.
