An excellent location - away from the noisy long public beaches in Kuta with a small beach without waves - perfect for kids. And only 15 mins from the airport- kids could see the planes landing, but it was not noisy. Excellent weather in August, 24-27C. Very helpful and polite staff, delicious food, very clean room with an amazing ocean view. A long promenade for walking and jogging. I think it is the best hotel in Kuta looking at the others from the promenade.

Everything looks exactly like the photos—absolutely stunning! The staff are exceptional, starting from the warm welcome at reception. Every member of the hotel team is incredibly friendly and genuinely helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

    Loved everything about the stay at Holiday Inn express Baruna! Super location, very clean rooms & considerate staff. Even the location is ideal! What tops it all is the beach that’s literally 2 minutes walk away and not to mention the complimentary airport shuttle! Highly recommend this place!!

    Loved everything about the hotel especially cleanliness. The friendly helpful staff made our stay all the more pleasant. Great breakfast with many options to choose. We had an early check out and they even arranged a breakfast box for us to take away. The use of the facilities at the sister Holiday Inn resort next door was a bonus. Highly recommended for your next stay in Kuta.

    Very clean and comfortable rooms and nice rooftop infinity pool with sea view. Delicious breakfast with lots of choice. Very friendly and helpful staff. The beach is just a short walk from the hotel. You can have lunch/dinner at the restaurant of the more upmarket Holiday Inn Resort nextdoor. Very close to the airport (just a 8 minute drive).

    The staff was authentically helpful, supportive, the breakfasts always delicious. The neighborhood of holiday inn resort makes our stay more relaxing since we used drink bar, spa centre. We recommend staying there. Ps. If you using pick-up do not forget to remind them. We had to wait 90 minuts!:(

    It was really great to spend my holiday in the holiday inn express baruna hotel. I will definitely come again and stay in your hotel. From 1 to 10, i give 10 rates for your hotel. The room was really clean and comfortable. The staff was fast response and really nice. The breakfast was also good.

    Pick up from the airport to the hotel and check in at the hotel was quick and easy. The staff at reception and throughout the hotel are very friendly and helpful. We got a reserved parking space for our rental car based on the vehicle. The restaurants can only be recommended. The rooms are big and very clean. On our next visit to Bali we will definitely stay at the Holiday Inn Resort again.

    I absolutely loved my stay. The room was super clean, breakfast was amazing, such a large selection of good quality food and very friendly staff. The free airport transfer and free breakfast included in my booking was a real bargain. I thought it was lovely that staff hand delivered a complimentary bowl of fruits to my room in the evening, what a nice touch! Because of my experience I would definitely stay again as well as other Holiday Inn Expresses in Asia. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Their facilities are great too!
