Holiday Inn Hotels in Kolkata

The room is very old and not maintain water getting stuck in the shower area guest amenities only available after calling housekeeping . Coffee shop sofas very old and not comfortable Holiday inn brand getting diluted due to this type of hotel in India.Lot of branded hotel available in this price range .

this hotel served our needs.it does not boast the best in dinning,as the menu does not offer too much variety to eat there. the staff are nice,but for some reason they are either too scared to smile....or seem under some kind of pressure.also English is important if you are working in the Holiday Inn hotel.

Noting to like; there are two Holiday Inn establishments. One very adjacent to airport known as Holiday Inn (Express) the another one in New Town which is not close to the airport. But, in booking.com Holiday Inn stated as “Holiday Inn Kolkata Airport” that’s weird.

I am in touch with holiday inn since 2020 …everything is par excellence ..

Holiday Inn was good value for the money. Conveniently located near the airport. My flight arrived at around 3AM and I was concerned about getting to the hotel at that hour. So, I had requested an airport pickup and the car was there to pick me up. This was a major bonus. Breakfast was good. Staff were helpful and courteous.

We had a smoking room which was very gruby only one available, staff were helpful but the hotel is in need of some tlc to bring it up to holiday inn standards
