FinlandA heartfelt thank you to HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS NEW DELHI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TERMINAL 3 for the excellent service my 88-year-old mother received during her hotel stay! The service at the hotel was truly beyond words — absolutely outstanding.
Special thanks also to the hotel's Front Office Manager, Mr. Akshat Agrawal, who helped my elderly mother more than we could have ever hoped for. Mr. Akshat Agrawal was extremely professional, helpful, and kind. He is truly a noble representative of hotel management with his exceptional professionalism!
The hotel's location at Delhi Airport was also excellent — it allowed my mother to rest well during her layover and enjoy a meal without the strain of having to travel farther.

We were doing a one night stopover prior to flying home. The hotel is perfectly adequate for this. We booked taxis to and from the airport with the hotel and they turned up promptly and a think were good value. We opted to eat in the buffet restaurant which was fine, bizarrely the meal came with free and coffee but we had to pay for a bottle of water INR 300?? As it was very much a transit hotel there is not much more to say. It was all adequate.Guest review byAdrianYoung couple
