We waited over 30 minutes for someone to come to the desk. No one was there at all when we got there. There was a guy standing there telling us when he checked in his seating cushions we wet and he is unable to sit down. He had demanded to speak to a manager so the check in lady left the desk and did not return for about 30 minutes.

Great staff, great room super clean, nice and clean gym as well. Big rom and super kind staff. Everything was really over expectations and GREAT, very happy with my choice and the price/quality is really unbeatable. The room was SUPER comfortable, the bed and the lines.
