Staff were so friendly and the check in process was so easy. The facilities were spacious and really clean, probably the cleanest I’ve seen. Also location wasn’t great for a solo female traveller, very close to the historic third ward.

This hotel is close to the airport with shuttle service. Reception was very personable. Great work out room as well as a wonderful large hot tub and pool. The room was lovely and I noticed even the corners were clean which speaks to a great cleaning staff. Bar service and Breakfast were great and Desai made great scrambled eggs. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance as well. Management, went above and beyond to offer assistance when needed. Overall, the staff was exemplary. A few renovations are planned for. I would most certainly return and do recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was amazing, the pancake maker was impressive. One of the staff members was so helpful and teaching me how to use it. Check in was great and simple. The hospitality was very welcoming. I also had help finding the elevator by another staff member.
