Bathrooms in each room were clean and refreshing. The staff was always polite and they even gave us some hints and spots to go visit. It was our first time in USA (we are from Chile) and they help us with a lot of stuff. Some staff members even speak spanish.

Loved the hotel. Great bedroom. Excellent service. Nice breakfast. Location just unbelievable awesome: in Hell's Kitchen area, 10 minutes from Times Square and one block away from Hudson Yards. My family stayed 6 days at the hotel and enjoyed the New York City so much. We returned to the hotel late at night by walking from Times Square every night after a long day of walking and sightseeing all over Manhattan. We felt so safe. There were many delis as well to grab some food on the way to the hotel. We specially thank Ms. Touria Assahili, front office supervisor, for her excellent service. She helped us out with a room change that made our stay just awesome. We wouldn’t have enjoyed this amazing city the great way we did without her help. We’d stay in the same hotel if we had the chance to visit NYC again.

Cassandra at the front desk could not have been more considerate n helpful...not only did she treat me like royalty but she gave the same respect to all the ladies in the homeless floors...this lady deserves a payrise..
