The room was clean and quiet, the staff super friendly, and the breakfast was delicious (everything for an authentic english breakfast, fruit, pastry, drinks, etc.)

The room was very clean, the breakfast was delicious with plenty of things to choose from. The staff was very polite and friendly. We had a problem with the AC in the room and one of the receptionist came very late at night when we called and gave us a portable heater immediately which was very good!! The bed and pillows were good as well. The location is perfect, just 10 min from Stratford station and underground. A lovely hotel!
