The stay was excellent. Value for money with good services, cleanliness and location. I liked the security system. But one thing I want to suggest is that you put two water purifiers on each floor in front of the elevator or in the surrounding gallery area and a glass bottle in every room so that we can reduce plastic waste. I understand the management perspective, but I think we should go for management with an environmental conservation perspective. Hundreds of plastic bottles have been dumped daily; that's ridiculous.

Conveniently located near Mumbai – Pune Express Highway, Holiday Inn Express Pune Hinjewadi is a short 30-minutes’ drive from Pune Railway Station 17.4 km and 40 minutes’ drive from the Pune International Airport 24 km. Wooow! So clean! Comfortable bed, hot good hand shower, tasty breakfast and dinner, friendly and helpful hotel stuff, good WiFi connection, separate toilet and shower, perfect AC. We really enjoyed to stay there!

Poor room quality very poor, metress and quilt up to the standard. Cleanliness like ordinary hotel. Odd bathroom/toilet smell was in the room. Breakfast quality was poor. Regretted by choosing a Holiday inn brand. Never recommend anyone to choose. Unfortunately I didn’t take pictures to upload.

This was one of the nicest luxury hotels in Aurangabad, and it's met all the expectations. Overall, a great stay but at a higher price. Most of the staff were helpful and nice. The room itself was big and clean (for Indian standards, which is almost like a Holiday Inn level in the US). Overall, I recommend them if you can afford the price.

The hotel is decent value for money, and the location is very good (these were the primary reason for us to pick Holiday Inn Express). The hotel premises although no-frills, are very clean and maintained in good condition (didn't see any leakage, peeling paint etc.) The staff is very efficient, helpful and non-intrusive. The check-in and check-out experience was very very quick, efficient and smooth. All in all it's a hotel-chain experience without the hotel-chain prices.

Everything about the hotel is great. Food, free laundry, service, very friendly and helpful staff, very clean, comfortable and functional rooms. The rooms are small but well designed for everything you may need. I loved the shampoo, hand wash, body was as well - very high quality. I really appreciated that Holiday Inn Express is inclusive in their employment opportunity and have staff with hearing and speech impairments.

Would Like mention the names of Mr. Ashish ( Manger) and Mr. Omkar who has supported us whole heartedly out of way during our stay . The way they have solved our small concerns was excellent and impressed to see the IHG inculcates the philosophy of Customer First . Would request the Hotel Sr. Management to appreciate these 2 personnel on our behalf for the support they extended during our stay.
