It was located in the middle of the main strip of Merida so we hardly needed to take an Uber or DiDi. The staff was great but Enrique and Josephina were both kind, professional, courteous, responsive when we needed help! This is truly the hotel to stay at if you’re looking to have an unforgettable experience in Merida.
