Excellent location. Great value. The hotel is situated very close to Chong Nonsi BTS and a 10 minute walk to the hustle and bustle of Silom. Although it’s a Holiday Inn Express it’s very clean and modern. The rooms are more than adequate and the beds very comfortable, I’ve stayed here a few times and will return. Obviously, it doesn’t have the glitz of a 5 star hotel with restaurants and spa etc, but for BKK it’s great value and modern plus I like to go out and explore local restaurants and street food.

The staff are so friendly and they are always smiles when approaching them. The breakfast is excellent, you must try! The location is great, it’s easy to get anywhere. By the way, I wanted to say thank you to a bellman who’s so nice to help my son solved his problem. I bought a toy car and tried to borrow a screwdriver. The bellman was willing to help, he was not just to help but played with my son sincerely. I never forget the service plus he provided.

The hotel was in a convenient location for the sights I wanted to see. The staff were all very friendly, spoke excellent English and went out of their way to provide service. I booked the lounge access which I enjoyed very much. The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable with a good selection of pillows.
