Very pleasant and helpful staff they gave us storage for our luggage while we waited for our son to pick us up. The room was clean and very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was amazing and a really nice surprise as we hadn't booked for breakfast. I would highly recommend holiday inn express in woodside and hope to stay there again when visiting our son. It was such a lovely start to our Christmas in New York thank you

Plattsburgh International Airport is 8.5 km from this hotel in New York. Guest rooms with free WiFi and cable TV. Everything from the moment I arrived was amazing. The staff was more than helpful, I dealt with four different people during my stay and each one of them were professional, polite, friendly, etc… that is not some thing I’ve experienced in any hotel. I arrived before check-in and asked if there was a bathroom type place where I could freshen up change my clothes, etc. before meeting my family and friends for lunch. It had been a 5 1/2 hour drive. Thankfully, she was able to check me in two hours early. I wouldn’t have ever thought I would get in my room early. Then I had left a note at the front desk that night asking if there was any type of a late check out that I could get and I was willing to pay. The front desk called my room to tell me that I could absolutely have a late check out for free. I travel quite a bit all over the place and never have I been so pleased with every single aspect of my stay. From the parking, the staff, the clean super comfortable room, just everything. I look forward to staying there again.

The breakfast was great. I loved the automatic pancake making machine and its pancakes. The cinnamon rolls were the best.
