A lovely, homely hostel in a nice residential area and a great base for exploring the wine region. The room was very comfortable and very clean and a very comfortable bed. Very good air conditioning. Very clean bathroom and hot shower with shampoos and soaps. A very nice kitchen, well equipped and good breakfast. Good WiFi throughout. A nice garden and bbq area with outdoor tables and couches. Luna the dog is lovely and friendly and good natured, and a good guard dog, though she knows what time people are asleep and was quite during the night. Very good communication with the owners via what’s app, he spoke excellent English and had some great tips for wine tasting and restaurants. It really did feel like staying in someones home here, and a great place to meet other guests, but with enough privacy too.

Breakfast was great, the owners were super helpful, the whole place has very much charm and a lot of athnosphere. We looked at another hotel not far away that was more than double in price and awful!

The hotel is not far from the bus station, in case you arrive by bus. It is in a former house, and has a very charming garden. I had some work to do and stayed in one day just working in the garden (you can even plug in your laptop in the garden), it was very pleasant. The decoration of the rooms is very nice. The bathroom is very new, clean and good quality. The breakfast was good. The owner is extremely attentive and good for a chat. He offered me lots of drinks, fruit, chocolates while I was sitting in the garden working.

Breakfast was not available and the hostal was quite a distance from the town centre. Marko was generous in driving me to the bus terminal when leaving.
