The location from tianmen cablecar need 10-15 min walk. However, the service is amazing. They provide airport or train transfer for free. And they were very fast response if you need local guide via wechat. Also they can help you with booking all the ticket for Zhangjiajie. You can booked in advance via whatsapp they can speak english.. and pay later on the hotel. Which is very convenient.. as they will help to suggest which is better and what is better. MOST important they have late CO at 14:00 which is very helpful for us who have midnight flight. So we can have more rest. AND THE ROOM IS TOTALY SMART ROOM. Even the shower is digital.

Everything was lovely, the rooms were clean and big and really warm (we visited in winter), the location of the place is super convenient and they offered a free shuttle to the entrance of the park & to the bus station, the breakfast was delicious, as well as the dinner, and Rebecca was incredibly kind, accommodating and helpful! They also offer tickets and tours to the attractions in the area!

Friendly hosts who were accommodating and helpful with providing recommendations for our trip. They have been highly responsive throughout our booking period (even prior to our Zhangjiajie trip) 😊 The room was clean and comfortable too :) location is awesome for those going to Tianmen Mountain - the cable car stafion is just a 5 min walk from the inn.
