Everything was perfect Andy was just a charm to talk to and also very organized and helpful the rooms were very clean and -important- the shared rooms were even cleaner the space felt like home everything was tidy and functional from the auto lamps at night to the living room and kitchen the bathroom also very clean and spacey enough to feel comfortable one thing the water was definetely hot during the day but when i had a bath at late hours it was freezing but I forgot to ask Andy why so I'm sure there's an explanation for that the entrance door safe with entrance code and also keys for every sleeping room so felt very secure clean bedsheets and pillows and overall everything went as planned. Also we arrived late but Andy was kind enough to wait for quite sometime and welcome us and was eager to help anytime we needed him, he's definetely the highlight of our stay. One tiny negative is the distance from the center during the day no big deal lots of city buses frequent and fast during the night if you come back from clubbing you should get a taxi because its half an hour on foot. Astronomical value for money, had the best time in Nicosia, definitely will be coming back. Andy if you read this thank you so much for everything, you made our stay so much better! Definetely check the place out, it deserves all the recognition!
