This is a delightful accommodation option in Fleet. It consists of a room with a spacious en-suite bathroom; both it and the house are immaculate. The hosts, a young couple, are very friendly and helpful. The bed is very comfortable and wifi is strong and superfast. The location is excellent, at the heart of Fleet's (limited) action; there's traffic, but the sound insulation provided by the double-paned windows works very well. Note that the pub a block away, The Prince Arthur, serves good and filling breakfasts in the morning.

Came to see WDF World Darts Championship in Lakeside and chose this accommodation, which was reasonable price and good location. Easy check in, room was small, but I was travelling alone, so it was absolutely fine. There was cattle to make tea or coffee and some snack. Very good breakfast, you can choose from several meals from the menu, and they will quickly prepare it for you. Friendly staff, always polite and caring, we had a nice chat also. I can definitely recommend this place.

Fab location, helpful host and great communication in the lead up to our stay. The cosy waffle robes and slippers were a lovely touch. The room was quiet, peaceful, super clean and felt private from the rest of the home. We had everything we needed, perfect for a good night's sleep after a long day. Made good use of the powerful shower and Nespresso coffee machine! Host gave us loads of information regarding parking (writing a permit for us and watching out for wardens too!) and nice local spots for breakfast. Thank you!!

Very friendly welcome. The room was very comfortable, very clean, very well appointed and nicely decorated. Breakfast was even provided which I hadn’t been expecting. Super value for money, and a real bonus to have the parking space right in front of the door.
