everything, the host couple we’re super friendly and very informative about the area, gave great suggestions for walks etc and was very passionate about the area they live in. The breakfast was worth staying there alone. a great selection of super tasty offerings.

The room was well appointed and bathroom spotlessly clean. The common areas were nice and provided options other than sitting in room. Walking distance to town. Breakfast was great!

Andrew really is a ‘next level’ host. For those walking the Southwest Coast Path the Lion Head B&B is a bit off-track, but it’s worth the extra mile. The bath was very relaxing for our tired feet, and Andrew was looking after us perfectly

Michelle is a most wonderful owner! We thoroughly enjoyed meeting/ staying with her. Everything was lovely & very clean! The breakfast was delicious! A short walk to the little village for a most lovely view & supper at the Foscle Pub.

Sailors rest was fab - freshly decorated and very clean. Good quality linen & towels etc, water piping hot and breakfast at their other premises down the road was excellent. Nice touch was fresh milk in fridge on arrival and enough tea and coffee for several cups. Not the standard single pot to plastic milk. lol Self check in worked fine and Lady at the Royal George for Breakfast was super friendly. Great location right on the Estuary Front!
