Everything actually,place is 2 minutes walking distance from black beach,room was super clean,owner was the most polite guy ever,he checked on us everyday,gave us instructions where to go what to do and every time we went at some of this locations,we had best time.Next to our place there was 24/7 bakery where we had really good breakfast and 2 minutes from us was also supermarket.We recommend everybody to come and experience this,Angelo is great host and you will have best time.Also,great value for price💕

It is difficult to put into words how good this place is! Kostas is an excellent host, deserves frankly more than a 10 :). Evelina Pension has outstanding value for money, you really feel like home away from home! The studios have a decent size with everything you could ask for your holiday. Evelina is close to EVERYTHING in Perissa, to a pharmacy, to a beach, to many shops and to excellent restaurants. Kostas will make sure to give you more beautiful tips than you could possibly follow up upon. I could not recommend this property higher!

This is my second time staying at Villa Agas and I have loved it both times! It is a 15min walk to Fira where there is a ton of restaurants and shops. The bus stop is directly across the street from the Villa and is only 2 Euro. The 24 hour bakery is heavenly and there is also a supermarket right across the street! The staff is wonderful.

Great apartments with a very kind hostess Adriana, who asked us about all the details about the island. The apartments are very clean, bath and beach towels are changed every day. The beach is about 50m from the house and it is very easy to access it, you feel as if it is part of the yard :) Kudos for the homely details in the apartment and the yard! Definitely highly recommended! We will definitely be back!:)

Supersympathetic owners, we could enter the room immediately upon arrival without waiting for the start of the hotel day, we were treated to water and coffee :) There was no problem with printing boarding passes for the return flight for which we thank you very much :) apartment clean, cleaned daily, very good location about 25 min to the bus station in Fira, the area is nice and quiet, I recommend :)

We had a wonderful stay in Santorini! The accommodation was perfect, everything we needed was there, and the place was spotless. The rooms were cleaned regularly, and not just quickly, everything was thoroughly taken care of, so it always felt fresh and welcoming. What really made our stay special was the host. She was incredibly kind and thoughtful, always smiling and ready to help. On our arrival, she even brought us cold drinks, which was such a lovely gesture after traveling. She allowed us to leave our luggage at the reception after check-out, which made everything so much easier for us. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Santorini, and we would love to come back ourselves!

Our experience in the hotel is very good. The breakfast is amazing with reasonable price. They also provides transportation service to pick up us from the new port. On the last day when we were going to the bus stop, they also drove us from the hotel to the bus stop for free, which was really helpful especially in this hot weather. In addition, you can also find two cute cats in the hotel. Last but not least, the clean lady is really kind, and clean the room perfectly every day. We really appreciate it. Overall we really recommend this hotel.

This hotel is beyond amazing! Located just in front of the harbor, 2 beaches within a very short walking distance and some very nice restaurants nearby. The hotel is clean, breakfast is good, there's free parking and the staff is very helpful and friendly! Would definitely recommend it if you want to explore a less touristic part of Santorini, it's a great value for all you get.
