The check-in and entering the building/room was done entirely online. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. There were coffee, drinks and sweets provided in the common room. It is around 30 min walk from the Fiumicino city centre. The host arranged a taxi for us very early in the morning as we had an early flight. It took us less than 10 min to get to the Fiumicino airport and it cost 25 EUR, which was great.

Lovely spot near the beach and some really nice restaurants. The room was bigger than we expected and even nicer than it appeared in the pictures. There was breakfast provided each day and we appreciated the coffee machine and kettle in the room with plenty of coffee pods and tea bags provided and topped up daily. The manager arranged a taxi for us to take us to the airport at 3.30am which we really appreciated, took the hassle and worry out of the early flight. Very secure accommodation. Highly recommended for a beach stay or a pre-flight stay.

The breakfast was excellent—eggs, croissants, meat—and delicious. It wasn't a buffet or anything like that, but that's fine because it had great coffee, excellent juice, fresh eggs, and tasty bread. It was a very convenient drive to the airport, which was 5-7 minutes, and they had their private taxi pick me up. The room was small and immaculate, with a nice view outside. The owner and his wife were gracious enough to introduce me to friends and family, making my stay comfortable, exciting, and peaceful. They showed me local restaurants within walking distance and even took me to a fantastic restaurant for dinner. We laughed over great food and some drinks, and it was probably the best stay I have had at a B&B over the past 20 years.

We were very pleased with our stay at the hotel and enjoyed all aspects. Marco and Alex and their adult children go out of their way to welcome, assist and make you feel like valued guests. Breakfast was a genuine surprise and treat. Best we've had in all of our 17 European vacations. The young lady who prepared and served breakfast was also delightful.
