The rooms are good-sized and very quiet. Furniture and facilities are brand new and very tastefully decorated. The rooms are in an old mill, converted, with a quaint iron spiral staircase (might present difficulties for senior citizens, especially when carrying luggage, since there is no lift). The lower hall has a coffee machine and electric kettle, with a few biscuits and sweets, but breakfast is available at a bar across the square (with free coupons). The mini-fridge in the room has a complimentary couple of bottles of mineral water. There is also a small gym. The bathroom is perfect. Francesca is always available to help promptly with a smile.

The host was helpful once we arrived at the accommodation, and arranged a taxi to the train station when we left. Gran Caffe and Goblin's Irish pub (both in the same piazza as the accommodation) very nice.

Very nice place. Bed, blanket, pillow — good quality. Comfortable table and chair. Wifi was perfect. Very helpful owner. But the best thing were the geese. Oh my god, I love them so much, that was an unexpected and ideal surprise. I could give you 10 only for them, but you deserve it anyway.
