Seriously the person incharge is soo negligence! So irresponsible! Response the msg very slow, then still wanted to justify her condition instead just admit and apologise! One of the AC not functioning. Rusty toilet. No any soaps or toiletries provided! Not worth of money. Broken mirrors !

So far the greatest hostel I've ever been. The staff is so kind and friendly, the air-conditioning is working well and the room had hair dryer, they also prepared toothpaste with toothbrush, shampoo, iron board and more. Will definitely come again here. 👍
