The place was very spacious, had free water, laundry and coffee. The room was spacious as well, and everything was clean. Our host was extremely friendly and helpful! He gave us recommendations to eat, and even went a step beyond that and picked up local food for us to try. He also went to a cafe with us for breakfast and we had a great chat. On our last day, he even went out of his way to go and get food for us before our 8am departure. That was an amazing surprise!

The house have complete facilities, but no ventilation unless open the windows/door. They only have 1 aircond on the master room and also 3 ceiling fans. Luckily the owner said they will add one more aircond so will getting better.
