We spent 6 days at Smell Rose Beach Garden and enjoyed it very much. The place is great to explore Penang island and to find great food. A lot of restaurants and food halls are close to the apartment.

Excellent instruction given to me before arrival. Made contact with me to make sure I understood where to park, what to do when I arrive & direction to the place. Room was clean & comfortable. The dining had all the items that was needed. I like the Japanese concept.

This place is 1000000/10 ♥️ feels like home. Especially hendry. He's very friendly and very helpful. 11 days in penang was very easy, comfortable and fun. Let me tell you why 😎 10/10 In the middle of my scheduled stay, I was able to upgrade my room. The room was SUPER cozy. ♥️ 10/10 Rooms are very clean, no bathroom/sewer odor, mattresses & pillows are clean, TV works well, clean towels and blankets, soap and shampoo are available and fragrant, AC is cold, hot water runs well, water pressure also works very well. 10/10 In front of the Inn, there is a food stall with a large selection of food and drinks. If you're a traveler who likes to eat, this is a highly recommended place to stay. 10/10 If you are a shopaholic traveler, this is also a good place to stay as it is close to 2 malls: paragon mall & gourney mall (fyi this mall is large with a lot of stores & restaurants). 10/10 If you are a traveler coming for treatment at Genesis Klinik (like me): this inn could be an option because it is close to the clinic, and in the lobby you can store your medicine in the fridge. 10/10 There is a refrigerator, microwave, cold & hot water dispensers on the 1st and 2nd floor, hand sanitizer, and a lounge in the lower and upper lobby + on the outside of the inn. Will I stay here again if I return to Penang? The answer is YES AND ABSOLUTELY!!! Thank u hendry for all the hospitality. Thank u amazing home Inn ♥️ I'll see you next time (Anyway, also thank you for the delicious homemade cake you gave me the night before I checked out.) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Location is great just by the sea. The owner (Daryl) was very easy to communicate with and gave me a few good advices about life in Penang. The garden out of the room is very spacious and enjoyable with the rythm of the waves. There is a bar next to the place and they play a bit loud music, but I had no problem sleeping using earplugs.
