Extremely friendly helpful owners David and Vanessa, we felt right home away from home, you can ask them anything always happy to help, you can snorkel right off dock beautiful coral fish and black tip sharks free kayak, yummy breakfast upon demand delivered on terras, loved hotel kitty and doggy too, one can take drinks out of fridge at same rate as in supermarket! Love love love

We loved staying at Residence Vainau Moorea! Kihi (the host) was so friendly and always helped us with every single question we had. Our little Bungalow was clean and cozy, the bed was comfortable, you can watch the sunset at the little bay near the Residence. We really appreciated our time there and if we ever come back to Moorea we will stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at villa sunrise moorea. The two hosts are very welcoming and take great care of their guests' needs. Everything is extremely clean, modern and lovingly furnished. The communal kitchen was very practical as there are not many places to eat nearby. Therefore, we definitely recommend a scooter or a car. The pool and the terrace overlooking the lagoon were an absolute highlight of our trip. Almost like being in an overwater bungalow :-) Many thanks for everything. We can definitely recommend the accommodation.

A wonderful place to spend your vacation in Moorea! Equipped with every comfort (new washing machine, dryer, air conditioning, towels, unlimited water to drink, Netflix, soap, and shower gel). Very quiet area. The kitchen and bathroom are shared, but very spacious (the bathroom even has a bidet, which is not a given! 😂). I really liked this because I was able to share my time with other travellers too. There’s also a big balcony. The owner is a very attentive guy, who takes care of every need!

I spent two amazing weeks at Mareva and Hubert's nature, organic, authentic paradise. They are incredibly warm and lovely people who would just make your Polynesian stay real, because they just love their land and know how to introduce it to others. An know how to respect privacy. The key words there for me were simplicity and resourcing. It's not your fancy hotel, but everything was clean, comfortable, and works well, from internet to hot water, ceiling fans, freely accessible kitchen and mosquito prevention! I loved living outside so much (kitchen and shower are open to the outdoors), eating fresh produce and eggs from the garden each day, and enjoying my little private patio on the back. Amazing sunrise views of Tahiti from just above the house, and this side of the island is best if you want to have a more local experience (and some small nice beaches and snorkeling place 2-5 kms away). Scooter rental just down the road. If you want a nature yet comfortable experience, down-to-earth and away from the tourist spots, this is your place Mauruuru 🙏♥️

It had more character than any other home stay. It was unique, and colorful, and exactly what a traveling surfer should be hoping to find. The owners were exciting, enthusiastic people, and seemed like they would do anything to make your experience better. They did for us. I hope many others get to experience this place for years to come.

My friend and I stayed here 5 nights and liked it a lot. It is located a little outside the “city” and a scooter or car is needed. We rented a scooter with Kihiraii and it was easy and very good. Kihiraii is always availible and quick to answer at Whatsapp and just a great host.
