A perfect mixture of Italian and Thai hospitality. Everyone working in the hotel was exceptionally helpful and polite, and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The hotel is located in a relatively quiet street, a few minutes from the night market and the bars on foot, yet far away from the noise. This was our first trip to Asia, and we wanted to make sure that we have a reliable supply of strong European breakfast and coffee for the start of the day, and it is exactly what we got. The hotel provides free transport to Kata Noi beach, which was really great, and also you can rent a scooter right there. The staff were exceptionally helpful with all of our questions and requests.

Location. Location. Location. I don't think it is possible to stay this close to Kata Beach (a stone's throw away) while still escaping the hustle & bustle of main street. All the staff members were incredibly friendly and caring. Our room met the requirements and the breakfast was very good. The best detail was that they not only let us leave our backpack in the hostel during the last day after the check-out time but they also allowed us to use the shower of our room when we came back to pick it up since the weather was really hot and we had been the whole day out. We were very impressed with that gesture.

Great and very clean (!) accommodation, location is perfect and quiet with walking distance to Kata Beach, Karon Beach and Kata night market. Amazing helpfull hosts where u can book trips and rentals. Beautifull room with a good bed, nice shower, nice balcony and everything looks neat. They offer beach towels and products u can use freely. I extended my stay with a couple of days.

Vito and the girls were all wonderfull! I stayed 14 days, everyone was very kind the whole time I was there and I will miss them. I arrived before check-in but was able to store my bags and was offered a towel so that I could go to the beach until my room was ready. The bed is firmer than I am used to, but I slept very well and had no issues with it. The AC cooled off the room well, but I didn't use it the whole time. The shower has good water pressure, and water comes out hot. The WiFi has very good connection. My photo of the room would have looked better if I took during the day with the shades open, but it's what I had. The location is within walking distance to several beaches. Vito has a good menu for his restaurant downstairs, the Kata Walking Street right outside with food vendors with whatever else you might want to eat, and has grocery/convenience stores if you are on a budget. I strongly recommend staying at San Antonio Beach Guesthouse and looking forward to staying with them again. Side note: the food stalls are all closed on Sundays. I found checking in on Sunday worked well for me with how tired I was from the flights. Either way don't worry about the noise, I didn't have any problems sleeping with the activity outside when I had an early night.

At first, I hesitated to book because the price was so affordable. But honestly, I had one of the best experiences of my life at this hotel. The owner, Mauro, is truly a kind and helpful person full of love. Our room was cleaned every day, and fresh water was provided daily. Right behind the hotel is the stunning Kata Beach. Mauro gave us beach towels and mats for free, so our own towels stayed clean the entire time. Having previously stayed in Patong, I can confidently say that Kata is much more peaceful, cleaner, and has a fantastic sea. We received better service here than in many luxury hotels nearby. Next to the hotel, you’ll find a massage salon, hairdresser, boutique, restaurant—everything you need. There’s no way to get bored. We felt completely safe during our stay. And most importantly: we accidentally left our bag at the hotel when we moved to Phi Phi Island. We contacted Mauro, and he kindly kept our bag safe for a whole week. When we returned to Phuket, we got it back without anything missing. That moment saved our holiday from turning into a disaster. I’ve had experiences in other countries where things were stolen from my room, but here, my faith in humanity was restored. Mauro, you’re our superhero. Don’t forget—you have family waiting for you in Turkey!

We liked everything. Sam and his family are great hosts. Location is perfect closed to the beach, also to restaurants and night markets. Sam makes you feel like at home. We initially booked 2 nights and ended up staying 5.

What a find! Perfect homestay, family who run it are lovely. Room was well equipped and beautiful decor. Large rooms with a balcony and en suite. Very quiet. Great location to the markets and beach. Would 100% recommend and would love to stay again. Great value!
