The staff are so so friendly and lovely. We loved our room, perfect amount of space for us, the breakfast was fantastic, they had fruit, pad thai, toast and an option of fried eggs! We never needed to wait long for the shared bathroom and they were always clean. We'd recommend this guesthouse to everyone, the location was great!

Really nice and kind hosts. Recommended Night Market for food next street was amazing. Also a spontaneous shuttle service to the airport worked out perfect. Definetly recommended to chosse for your stay in Chiang Mai.

I would love to go back to wayside if I visit CM again in the future. The house is very clean and tidy, and I had a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from. The host Jackie is very accommodating and helpful. If you are looking for a nice, quiet, down to earth and cozy place to stay with close approximatecy to the old city, you should check this place out!

This is a gem of a place. Location is excellent and walking distance to anything in the old city. BB is friendly welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is great and different every day. Highly recommend for your stay in Chiang Mai.

The family owners were fabulous from picking us Uk from the airport to helping arrange anything that we needed. Triple Palms is in a great location, easy to walk everywhere. Lovely breakfast place across the road (called Mild). Overall fantastic place to stay and well worth the price ,which was very affordable, would highly recommend!

The staff are AMAZING so accommodating and helpful. Lovely little area to make coffee and toast in the morning! Cold bottles of water in fridge for use inside rooms etc Rooms are Clean and spacious. Even have extension cable! They aren’t anything fancy - but you don’t need them to be. Exceptional value for money!!

    The homestay was ideal for a couple back packing, excellent value and in a great location. Jimmy and Jeng were extremely hospitable and a great help! The room was very basic but this was expected with the price.

    Everything was perfect. Super atmosphere, great host. We arrived late in the evening, the host asked if we were hungry and let us make some toasts. We had only two days in Chiang Mai and the host helped us to organize trip to Doi Inthanon (she made some calls and we had a great private trip with her nephew, who told us a lot about Thai culture, religion and food). The last day after check out we left our luggage at the homestay, when we came back the host gave us fruits for a long train trip to Bangkok.
